CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory is looking for the following position for an Industrial Master Plan assignment at Tamil Nadu.
1. Senior Urban Planner
Masters in Planning with B. Arch. 12- 8 Years exp.
Experience in preparation of conceptual plan/layout plans for SEZ / Industrial Park. Should also have experience of preparing detailed drawings, DPR's for an industrial park with at least 250 acres in size.
2. Junior Architect Planner
Masters in Planning with B. Arch. 7-5 Years exp.
Experience in preparation of conceptual plan / layout plans for SEZ / Industrial Park. Should also have experience of preparing detailed drawings, DPR's for an industrial park with at least 250 acres in size.
3. Junior Urban Planner
Masters in Planning with B.E Civil. 7- 5 Years exp.
Experience in designing, costing and finalization of specifications & functional requirement of SEZ / Industrial Park. Should also have experience of preparing detailed cost estimates, DPR's for an industrial park with at least 250 acres in size.
4. Market Analyst
MBA/M Plan with B.E Civil 7-5 Years exp.
Experience in carrying out market survey and assessment and advice on possible product mix for SEZ / Industrial Park. Should also have previous experience of similar projects.
