terms & conditions of the Organization
Responsibilities:- As GIS specialist, he will apply geographic analysis and technologies for improved information management and decision support.
- Activities to be performed related to Land Use mapping, Land Cover Mapping, Urban Land Use Analysis, and spatial data management.
- He will use the latest GIS software tools like ESRI Arc, Auto CAD Map, etc. to support these activities.
- He will carry out other work that may be coming up and relevant to experience of the personnel deployed.
- He will use latest toolbar of ESRI product for BIM (Building Information Model) to GIS Integration with Micro level asset information of all Infrastructure in City development project.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Earth Sciences, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing
- Minimum of 4 years
- Should be knowledgeable in City Development, City level / large scale Infrastructure, Building design services, associated regulations, and technical & Development standards.
- Experience in the implementation and management of large‐scale GIS Platform.
- Experience in the Arc GIS, ESRI, Auto CAD, Bentley software, etc
- Ability to work with a multi‐disciplinary team of professionals.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical ability.
- Must have skills to coordinate with the various GoG departments and consultants.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
