Responsibilities:
- Scoping Study on alternative livelihood opportunities
- Designing and conducting scoping study on alternative livelihood opportunities in select geographies of Bihar, Rajasthan and New Delhi under sub sectors like- Agri and informal sector, Stone and the garment industry.
- Designing alternative & sustainable livelihood model and capacity building of the implementing partners.
- Entrepreneurship & skill development
- Provide technical leadership for the design and capacity building of the implementing partners on entrepreneurship and skill development.
- Facilitate/Guide Training and Capacity Building including developing tools, materials for skill and livelihood assessment & creation.
- Facilitating organizational and institutional learning by organising training capacity building program through programme partners and others stakeholders.
- Linking with relevant government schemes and private sectors.
- Coordinating and convergence with government programmes for alternative livelihood and capacity building of the partner organisations.
- Identifying new initiatives including innovation and introduction of technology for
- alternative livelihood.
- Monitoring & evaluation of the livelihood programmes.
- Preparation of project work plans, designs and implement them within the project timeframe.
- Multi-stakeholder management skills with implementing partners including communities and other local stakeholders like the Government & private sector, communities & non-profits.
- Ensure project implementation is on time, target and budget, using effective M&E systems to reach desired impacts.
- Designing Capacity building program for staff of the programme partners implementing livelihood programmes.
- Work jointly with Program and Finance team in ensuring smooth Program Management & Execution
- Technology oriented and ability to read and understand numerical data for better decisions Serve as a Liaison between partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
- Contributing to program updates for external as well as internal communication as and when required experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis of data related to various accounts in the organisation and preparing reports accordingly to enhance productivity of the team.
- Representing ICCSPL at relevant conferences, events and common platforms.
- Willingness to travel and visit field sites/ locations.
Educational requirements:
- Master’s degree in Rural Management, Forest Management, Agriculture, MBA, Development Studies
Experience requirements:
- Minimum experience of 1-4 years.
