Responsibilities:

Educational requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture /Engineering/ Environmental Science 
Experience requirements:
  • Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience of working extensively on Green Building Certification projects of varied rating systems like IGBC, LEED and GRIHA.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent working knowledge of rating systems like IGBC, LEED and GRIHA is a must.
  • Good knowledge of building energy systems and services like HVAC, Lighting, Renewable Energy etc required for green building certification system is required.
  • Good knowledge of various codes and standards like ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC etc.
  • Basic knowledge of climate responsive design, building physics and related concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCad is desirable. Added knowledge of Sketchup and Revit will be beneficial.
  • LEED AP/ IGBC AP/ GRIHA CP preferred
  • Should be able to handle projects at individual level.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Should have good leadership and managerial skills.
