Responsibilities:
- Co-development and implementation of internal protocols and procedures to ensure a reliable and efficient coordination across the different stakeholders and organisations participating in different steps of the process (i.e. from commitment, to target validation, to announcement);
- Track companies that participate in the SBTi call-to-action;
- Work with global teams on the implementation of an efficient communication system to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed on relevant updates for companies participating in the call-to-action;
- Provide technical expertise to companies participating in the SBTi call-to-action (e.g. queries, follow-up calls, complaints, etc.).
- Ensuring that all relevant SBTi call-to-action technical and non-technical documents are kept up-to-date(e.g. forms, templates, guidelines, website, FAQs, etc.);
- Provision of periodic impact and progress reports for the call-to-action based on pre-agreed KPIs;
- Work together with the SBTI team on engagement activities that build understanding within companies such as webinars, workshops, communities of practices etc.
- Undertake primary and secondary research and analysis to support technical report writing
- Database management

Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1+ years full time work experience in fields relevant to sustainability and climate change
Experience requirements:
- 1+ years full time work experience in fields relevant to sustainability and climate change
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities
- High accountability, ownership of tasks and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet research
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple departments
- Fluent English required; both verbal and written
Desired Skills:
- Experience in sustainability reporting / GHG inventory / climate change
- Good knowledge of local and global sustainability and environmental issues
