- Experience in Image processing of high-resolution satellite data and GIS data analysis preference given in urban GIS related activity.
- Should be an expert with hands-on experience in the proposed GIS software.
- Should be familiar with government procedures for procurement of satellite data.
- Managed at least two similar projects
