- B. Arch and master’s in Planning
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Planning with Central & State Government agencies.
- Mandatory requirement -
- Has experience of working on 3 national and international projects, 2 projects mission mode for Real Estate / Infrastructure / Planning, 2 national and state level projects. Preference to those with experience of providing consultancy services to central and state govt. Experience in preparation of conceptual design / drawings /architectural works, knowledge of Development control regulations, project costing based on applicable SORs, master planning of large urban area / thematic townships, etc.
