Description: Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), an established research and advocacy institute, is looking for Senior Programme Managers for its Water Programme. The programme aims to establish policy principles, innovative technologies and implementation strategies for water and wastewater management. These efforts have been directed towards meeting the twin goals of laying foundation for water prudent society and adapting to climate resilience.

Educational requirements:
- The candidates should be a post Graduate in any discipline preferably in Economics/International Business/ Management or related discipline with good academic record
Experience requirements
- should process excellent command over written and spoken English and well- versed in handling data in computer.
- Experience of carrying out data collection & analysis, exploratory research and project coordination is desirable.
- The candidate would be expected to work hard and travel in India and overseas on short notice, if required.
Desired Skills:
- Candidates with experience in providing technical support for implementation of pilot projects related to water, sanitation and fecal sludge management will be preferred.
- Candidates having relevant experience in developing and coordinating training programmes related to water, sanitation and faecal sludge management will be preferred.
- Candidates should have experience of applied research and on-site technical field support, advocacy and training.
- He/she should also have a good working understanding of other organization groups and individuals in the water and sanitation sector including government policies/reforms in urban water sector.
- The candidate should be able to work in tight-knit and dynamic team that works on a wide range of issues related to urban water management. He/she should have strong networking and liasoning skills, the willingness to travel and be fluent in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
