Responsibilities:
- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
- Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling /DCFs, making presentations. Should have fair knowledge on usage of MS office. Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc.,
- Should have logical & analytical thought process for conceptualization & efficient delivery of consulting project
- Should be able to track & understand the real estate market, should have keen interest in Real estate as a career option.
Educational requirements:
- MBA Finance/Marketing or
- MA Economics or
- Master’s in urban planning/Housing
- Bachelor’s in architecture
- Management degree preferably with Finance specialization
- CFA/ MA Economics with relevant experience can also be considered
- Ideally should have worked in & have real estate knowledge of Bangalore & Southern market
Experience requirements:
- Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts.
- Should have evaluated Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, alternate asset classes (education & health care). Evaluating new markets and novel asset classes for advising to the clients.
- Dynamic individual with relevant experience of around 1-2 years, preferably in IPC or reputed Consultancies, Research firms.
- Experience in execution - report writing, financial analysis & client management
- Experience in hands-on Consulting & research.
