Team Leader – Solid Waste Management | Team Leader – Water & Wastewater

Description: EY is looking for a suitable candidate for ongoing assignments. All positions require candidates to have excellent team & client management skills.

Qualification requirements:
    Team Leader – Solid Waste Management
    • The Candidate shall have a Master’s degree in Planning or Postgraduate in Environment or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of experience.
    • The candidate shall have working knowledge of Telugu (reading, writing & speaking)
    • The candidate shall have experience in undertaking Government consulting projects in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh region in Solid Waste Management (SWM) or Wastewater Management (WWM) sectors
    • The candidate should have experience as Team Lead in at-least one assignment related to SWM or WWM project
    • The candidate shall be responsible for client interaction, engagement economics and overall delivery of the project which entails but not limited to:
      • Preparation /Review of DPRs
      • Preparation of Feasibility reports
      • Assisting client for Bid Process Management of projects in SWM & WWM sector
      • Preparation of Policies related to SWM
      • Technical Assistance such as for Swachh Bharat Mission (Swachh Sarvekshan, GFC, ODF+/++, Water+, Technical support for presentation, preparing responses for NGT, CMC for Polluted River Stretches, Conducting workshops at State, Regional and ULB level etc)
    Team Leader – Water & Wastewater
    • The Candidate shall have a Master’s degree in Planning or MBA or equivalent with a minimum of 12+ years of experience
    • The candidate having working knowledge of Gujarati (reading, writing & speaking) will be preferred
    • The candidate shall have experience in undertaking Government consulting projects in the Water & Sewerage sector
    • The candidate should have experience as a Team Lead in at-least one assignment related to the water supply sector project
    • The candidate shall be responsible for client interaction, engagement economics and overall delivery of the project which entails but not limited to:
      • Preparation strategy for implementation of various new initiatives
      • Preparation of reporting templates, draft papers, model RFPs for water supply projects
      • Assisting client in Bid Process Management in water & wastewater sector
      • Preparation of Policies related to water & wastewater sector
      • Technical Assistance on various matters regarding operational aspects of water supply
