Description: LALP (Lessard Architecture and Land Planning) is looking for a Land Planner professional who is a self-motivator with an ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. You will work closely with all members of the company and will provide support in developing/producing land plans, feasibilities and anything related to our Architecture projects.
Responsibilities:
- Create strong creative and innovative design concepts for a range of project types including mixed use, retail, residential, commercial, land planning and transit-oriented development
- Illustrate and present design solutions effectively through computer aided design to create compelling presentations and convey intended vision to clients including architectural design solutions
- Ability to collaborate in conceptual design work for master planning and urban design projects and develop from feasibility through detailed planning stage
- Ensure timely delivery of high quality master planning projects within budget
- Apply sustainable planning and design principles
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), preferably in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related field
Experience requirements:
- NA
Desired Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Master Planning, grading and zoning analysis
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD & graphic software’s
- Must speak and write fluently in English
- Free hand sketching is a required
