Description: LALP (Lessard Architecture and Land Planning) is looking for a Land Planner professional who is a self-motivator with an ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. You will work closely with all members of the company and will provide support in developing/producing land plans, feasibilities and anything related to our Architecture projects.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate’s primary role would be to work as a project support in execution and undertake business development activities for the industrial advisory division
- The profile involves handling multiple projects, work with the team in formulating effective strategies for the clients, review of deliverables, etc. to ensure successful project delivery
- Preparation of market research and data modelling Manage delivery of services to the clients
- Responsible for sourcing / successfully responding to tenders / bids
- Work closely with the Vertical head and department head and keep them aware of all work-related progress and business opportunities
- Working closely with legal, compliance and business team on preparation and finalization of work orders / Agreements / contracts for secured mandates
- Support senior management and participate in periodical business reviews
- The role will involve regular / active traveling across domestic / international geographies in order to manage projects
- Involvement on preparation of proposals / pitches / additional business with the client and work towards successful closure of the business leads
Educational requirements:
- University degree (MBA, Masters in Finance / Economics/ Urban Planning/ Project Management or equivalent specialization)
Experience requirements:
- A 0-4 years of work experience with specialized consulting firms (IPCs or equivalent consulting organization) / Experience in working with Data Science and Data Analytics background
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, ‘report’ writing capabilities, sound knowledge of data (excel) modelling, preparation and delivery of presentations
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
- Understanding of the industrial and economic sector dynamics
- Proficiency in use of various statistical models used for forecasting, analysis, etc. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of industrial / economic consulting studies, covering industrial parks, industrial cities, economic / industrial corridors, SEZ/ FTZ, Airport / Port led industrial zones, High-tech industrial / Innovation & R&D developments, etc. are to be considered as added advantage
- Producing consistent, creative and professional presentations and documents from conceptual guidance
- Interpreting and evaluating data and synthesising insights to market research and consulting assignments
