- Master’s degree or post graduate degree in Urban Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Transport Engineering/Transport Planning or relevant fields
Experience requirements:
- Preferably 20 years of experience, including 10 years of overseas experience, in nonmotorized transport, urban mobility plans, NMT studies, strategy, and investment planning studies.
- Experience on projects funded by ADB and other multilateral funding agencies is preferable.
- Experience in projects in hilly/ mountainous terrain is desirable.
- Experience in vertical transportation projects
- Age should be less than 70 years
