Responsibilities:
- The specialist shall prepare and design training modules for subjects and topics related to water, sanitation, wastewater, faecal sludge management and solid waste management.
- Must contribute towards visioning and development of strategy on capacity building for various projects and the organization.
- The specialist must understand the learning needs of the target audience and thereby use effective methods for training delivery design.
- He/she must be able to quickly compile knowledge from internal and external stakeholders into learning materials for capacity building.
- Must develop e-learning modules using PowerPoint or other authoring tools/software
- He/she should be able to train the target participants and trainers (ToT) as required.
- Master’s in environmental engineering/Sciences/ Development /Management/Education
- Must have experience developing training modules related to Water and Sanitation.
- Must have knowledge about water and sanitation sector – Technical and management aspects
- Must be well versed with principles and techniques of Andragogy
- Experience of developing e-learning modules/courses desirable
