Description: ILSS is looking for an Associate Director, who will help lead the capacity programs that are in the pipeline for rolling out in the next phase of growth. This role oversees functions across
strategy, program designing and management and stakeholder management, The candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of the talent pool in the social sector. Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in progressively responsible positions with proven experience in strategic planning, design & program management.
- Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to articulate the vision of programs
- Demonstrated success in building a culture of excellence and sustainable impact.
- Strong strategic acumen supported by sound judgment with well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in innovating solutions to drive productivity.
- Excellent coalition building skills with an ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and people skills to be able to manage teams.
- Masters from a reputed university would be preferred.
