Responsibilities: Educational requirements:
- NA
- Masters / MBA in relevant subject area with degree in engineering or science preferably from institutes academically known for their work in the area of Climate Change.
- Role 1 Safety
- Good technical knowledge in the domain of safety, health and cultural transformation for safety. Being part of such an implementation exercise with delivered outcomes.
- Experience of executing complex safety audits, due diligences for business houses.
- Experience of behavior based safety, knowledge of concepts such as Bradly curve, safety maturity models, risk modelling and impacts assessments.
- Role 2 & 3 Decarbonization Or ESG
- Strong knowledge in the domain of Climate Change, Decarbonization, ESG. Experience of executing/leading large projects for Government or business houses atleast in two of the three areas is a must.
