Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing strategic support/advice to Smart Cities for project identification, prioritization, design &investigations;, procurement, implementation, cost control, scheduling, risk management, public outreach, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring compliance and due diligence required for the project.
- Leading the team technically in implementing the ABD and Pan city modules and various projects as per the SCP.
- Responsible for technical and management leadership roles to resolve and manage complex issues with respect to development projects.
- Responsible for preparation of project reports, client management, team coordination and technical proposals.
- Responsible for preparation of detailed project reports, feasibility reports, bid documents and bid process related deliverables.
- Responsible for project implementation support, construction supervision, project monitoring and project management.
- Responsible for necessary capacity building and change management.
Educational requirements:
- Relevant degree in Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ City Planning
Experience requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience in preparation of detailed project reports, feasibility reports, development plans or master plans
- Experience in citywide urban development and infrastructure planning/ design. (Water supply, sewerage/septage / SWM/ urban roads etc.).etc)
