Educational requirements:

• The candidate is required to possess a professional degree in Urban Planning or Development Studies or Social Work or any other related discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting urban development or social/community development projects. Prior experience in working with government would be an added advantage. 

Experience requirements:

• 1-3 years of demonstrable experience.
• S/he should have experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, possess good coordination skills, and demonstrated competency in the English and Tamil languages. 
• Candidates with work experience in Tamil Nadu would be at an added advantage.
