- Post Graduate in Business Administration / Business Management / Construction Management / Planning
- Min. Experience - 8 to 10 years
- Skills - Experience of working on real estate projects (commercial, residential, industrial parks, mixed use developments) with focus on feasibility, development planning, business plan & appraisal, financial assessment. Strong working knowledge of financial modelling and understanding of Bangalore market would be desirable for this position.
- Language - Candidates with fluency in English & Kannada (Reading & Speaking) would have an advantage.
