Profile requirements:
- You should be experienced in the design and delivery of projects related to urban design.
- This requires strong design skills in the shaping of urban development experience in the massing and design requirements for buildings of different land use types, understanding of the requirements for design guidelines for architectural design and urban design, and experience in the design of the public realm.
- You should be capable of taking the lead in the definition of design principles for urban development and should have experience in guiding the development of CGIs and other sketches and drawings to represent the design objectives for a particular master plan development.
- Education should include some background in architecture, as well as master planning or urban design specialization.
- Experience with landscape architecture and principles of sustainable design would also be an advantage.
