Description: Urban Management Centre (UMC) seeks applications for the post of Junior Program Associate in Berhampur, Odisha for a support program for migrants from Ganjam, Odisha to Surat city, Gujarat.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Urban Planning/ Management, Social Sciences, Community Development with an experience of 3 years or master’s degree with atleast 1-year experience in the related field
- Experience of working with migrant workers (or other vulnerable groups) and civic authorities (urban local bodies and district administration) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Odia is essential for the candidates applying for the position in Ganjam
- Computer proficiency including use of software packages such as Microsoft Office
