Responsibilities:
- Consolidation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets to assess and report on impact and ESG
- Providing on-going support on impact and ESG, including but not limited to, assessing the due-diligence reports of new investments, creating impact benchmarks and KPIs for new investments, monitoring of on-going impact-creation and ESG management efforts of investments and Group company operations
- Assisting with quarterly and annual reports for the Company’s board and LPs
- Assisting in the Group’s Annual Impact Report
- Assisting with development of training and educational materials on new trends in Impact and ESG
- Assisting in updating Company’s Impact and ESG policies from time to time
- Support other sustainability projects as needed
Qualification and Experience:
- 2-3 Years of relevant work experience in the Sustainability/ Impact Investing/ PE space
- Financial Modeling, data management, analysis, and visualization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines and frameworks (e.g. CDP, TCFD, GRI, SASB, UNGC, UN SDGs) is a plus
- General understanding of diverse ESG topics and Sustainability topics and trends is a plus
- Graduate with Specialization in Finance or Economics or / Post Graduate Degree in Finance
