- Project Manager:
- B.Tech or B.E. in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical or B.Arch and Master’s in Planning or CFA or MBA from reputed college
- Minimum 10 years work experience in government consulting, public policy, programme management in at least one of the eligible sectors.
- Experience of preparation of DPRs for infrastructure development, well versed with strategy and development concepts; transaction advisory engagements for PPP investments for infrastructure development within tourism and urban development sectors; managing large interdisciplinary teams, and conducting stakeholder engagement and outreach; Experience of leading projects in the North East India will be preferred.
- Infrastructure Expert
- Master’s \ degree in Planning / Architecture / Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience. Experience of at least 1 eligible assignment.
- Experience of need / demand assessment for municipal infrastructure.
- Experience of preparation of Detailed Project Reports for infrastructure development.
- Associate Consultant:
- Diploma in Infrastructure Development / Architecture / having minimum 7 years of experience; OR
- BE. Civil / Bachelor’s in architecture with minimum 5 years of experience.; OR
- Master’s in civil engineering / Architecture having minimum 3 years of experience
