- Comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics - specific to Bangalore and Generic comprehension of other major cities in South India
- Requires advance knowledge of financial terms and principles.

- Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
