Description:
Contribute to the on-going strategic development of Dalberg Media’s project portfolio through participating in different business development activities, including working on business development proposals and proactively identifying and engaging with private, public, and civil society partners within the sector
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on global development issues and innovation trends to support communication strategies, advocacy, campaigns, and event work
Utilize your creative mindset to conceptualize innovative ideas in close collaboration with project managers to build internal projects from the ground up and contribute towards company’s expansion strategy
Prepare pitch materials and project deliverables in various formats for internal and external use
Participating in meeting activities and ongoing dialogues with partners and clients
Work and take ownership of different workstreams within active projects
Qualification:
Excellent academic qualifications, e.g., a bachelor, master or advanced degree in Communications, Development, Innovation, Social Sciences or related fields
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar organization or capacity
Creative mindset and an ability to conceptualize, scope and build new initiatives
Strong analytical and methodological competencies, as well as excellent writing, research and analytical skills
A passion for communication, innovation, and/or event organization, typically evidenced by prior exposure to and experience with the field
Based in either New Delhi or National Capital Region, with ability to work out of our client’s office in Gurugram for 3 days a week for the next year or so
Experience from consulting / advisory sector Preferable
Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Preferable
Experience working in WordPress and Squarespace Preferable
Fluency in written and oral English
Authorization to work in India Required
