Description:
Support with project implementations in ICCCs including technology deployment, technical assistance, and data analysis
Help analyze business and technical requirements and support in planning and designing IT systems and networks
Undertake stakeholder coordination and management across Vendors, SIs, OEM etc.
Help in developing new use cases within the existing as well as new sectors in the urban domain
Support with project delivery approach for the technology solutions considering priorities and dependencies
Undertake technical documentation for projects such as FRS, SRS, User manual, etc.
Help in regular consolidation of best practices, use cases, impact stories from cities
Leverage technology platforms for content creation, knowledge management and content dissemination to cities
Support in capacity building and handholding of cities for technical assistance, preparation of documents/guidelines, consultation with experts and other stakeholders etc.
Provide inputs on client needs and recommend technical solution options, including advice on best practices in the technology domain
Continuously monitor relevant industry and technology trends to ensure further development of internal capabilities
Undertake project management activities including understanding client requirements, proposing appropriate delivery approach, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, etc.
Qualification:
Minimum B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or Four Years Graduate program in Computers/IT or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University OR
Engineering Graduate/ Postgraduate with specialization in ICT solutions
6-9 years of relevant experience in software development, IT operations, application support
Practical experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery, client servicing, and working with Integrated Command & Control Centers (ICCCs)
Project management certification from PMI, PRINCE and SCRUM will be an added advantage
