Qualification:
The candidate should have a PhD in the relevant subject (or being close to completion) and ideally also have some related scholarly publications, or significant research and work experience in the domain. The position is commensurate with the candidate’s academic qualifications and professional experience.
Deep understanding of scholarship and key policy issues relating to India’s foreign and security policies, critical minerals or regional and global climate cooperation frameworks
The ability to define, lead and implement CSEP’s research agenda in this domain with a strong research toolkit directed at informing and shaping public policy.
S/he must be comfortable representing CSEP externally in workshops, seminars, and conferences both in India and abroad. The candidate must also be able to network and build connections with key stakeholders in the government, civil society and academia.
