Qualification:
Recent graduates/ Post Graduates with 2-3 years of experience.
Proven experience in conducting research projects, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and derive insights from complex data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data management and profiling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with ethical considerations and guidelines related to research and data privacy.
Written and verbal proficiency in vernacular languages from Odisha, Gujarat, and Punjab would be an added advantage.
