Qualification:
5-7 years of professional experience in:
Urban planning and master planning for greenfield and brownfield development.
Preparation of strategic vision documents , Development of regulatory framework plan , Design control guidelines.
Development of master plans including Mix land use development , transit oriented development , development Plan along with population projections , land use mapping , infrastructure assessment , zoning details , gross floor area details and other relevant details as required by the client.
Coordination for Roads, Wet utilities , ICT, City infrastructure , bridges, Public facilities and other drawings received from the various infrastructure services engineers
Data preparation for environmental impact assessment, transportation, infrastructure, facilities, and other special planning
Degree in Architecture and Master’s in Urban Planning / Regional Planning or in similar field from a reputed institute.
