Application Instructions / Notification:
- Team Leader
- Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, & preferably MBA/Project management/ Construction Management from a recognized institute
- Length of experience: 25 years for degree
- As Team Leader for 5 years in PMC/PC or similar consultancy Chief
- Contract Management Expert Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering & preferably LLB/Project management/ Construction Management from a recognized institute.
- Length of experience: 20 years for degree
- At least 4-year Experience as Chief Sector Expert (Contract Management) in relevant field in PMC/PC or similar consultancy by any other name or in Construction Agency.
- Chief Design & Review Expert
- Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering & preferably M. tech (Structure/ Geotech) from a recognized institute.
- Length of experience: 15 years for M. Tech or 17 years for Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 4 years' Experience as Chief Sector Expert (Design), in relevant field either in PMC/PC or similar consultancy by any other name or in Construction Agency.
- Senior Sector Expert Procurement (Estimates & Tendering)
- Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute
- Length of experience: 15 years for degree/20 years for diploma
- At least 10-year Experience as sector expert (Estimate/Tendering/Procurement) in relevant filed (in either in PMC/PC or similar consultancy by any other name or in Construction Agency.
- Senior sector Expert (Land Acquisition, Liaison)
- Professional Qualification: Graduate Degree & preferably LLB from a recognized institute. At least 7-year Experience as liaison manager undertaking Land Acquisition for any Major Infrastructure Project.
- Senior Sector Expert (Finance)
- Professional Qualification: Bachelor's degree, in Finance/ Commerce/ Management with Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics and preferably CA/CFA qualified.
- At least 7 years as Manager/finance or equivalent in PMC/PC/Similar other consultancy handling Railway/Highway/Metro/Other major infrastructure Projects.
