Preferred candidate profile: 

• - Post Graduate with > 6 years of total work experience
• - Familiar with hashtag Consulting (experience of working in Big 4/ Big 3 will be preferred)
• - Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment
• - Strong communication, business writing, presentation & project management skills
• - Prior experience of working with Centre/State governments or developmental agencies in MSME or industrial development domain
• - Expertise in public policy advocacy/ cluster development/ MSME digital transformation/ market development/ entrepreneurship or livelihood development/ technology improvement & upgradation/ MSME financing and credit/ strategy development/ project design & implementation/ or related fields is a plus
