  • Experience: 5–8 years in consultancy and government advisory
  • Preferred Qualification: M.Plan with MBA Finance / PGDM Finance or equivalent
  • Expertise: Report writing, research, proposal preparation, and managing large-scale projects
  • Sector Knowledge: Land monetization (PPP mode preferred), slum redevelopment, IT/industrial parks, advertisement rights, and more
  • This role offers the chance to work on transformative government projects, from feasibility studies and demand assessments to project structuring and development strategies.
