- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management. Knowledge in finance, economics, or related areas is advantageous.
- 5 – 7 years of work experience as a Project Head or similar role with reputed consultancy companies.
- Should have experience working on government consultancy projects such as Tourism, Agriculture, Forest, Water, Transport etc.
- Ability to plan and monitor large-scale projects in different geographies concurrently.
- Should be highly motivated and flexible to work across various sectors
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and innovation oriented.
- Good knowledge of the latest project management tools.
