- . Urban Development and Housing experts:
- Qualification: Graduation in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Economics with Post Graduation in Urban Planning or Equivalent.
- Experience: 5-12 years of post-qualification experience in Government/Public Sector advisory.
- Areas of Expertise: Urban Infrastructure, Urban planning, Housing and Real estate, Affordable housing with good exposure in analyzing Building Bye laws and DCRs, urban policies and related norms, redevelopment norms.
- Should have hands on experience in working on various project development aspects including Feasibility studies and Transaction Advisory.
- Finance cum PPP Experts
- Qualification: MBA (Preferably with Finance specialization), CA/CFA
- Experience: 5-12 years Post qualification experience in Urban Development/ Housing/ Real estate
