- 1. Programme Director
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in civil engineering or urban planning/equivalent, with active registration with a recognized international/national professional association or institute. Project Management Professional or similar certification from a recognized body.
- Experience: Minimum of 25 years in infrastructure; Leadership experience in at least one programme (Programme/Project Director)
- 2. Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in civil/construction engineering/Infrastructure Management or Construction Management equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 20 years in infrastructure engineering, focusing on roads, drainage, sewerage, power, solid waste management, Project management professional or similar certification. Leadership experience in at least one programme of similar
- 3. Contract cum Billing Manager
- Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering/Contract Management or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in large infrastructure projects with a strong background in contract formulation and management. Minimum of 10 years in procurement and contract/commercial management for PPP and non-PPP projects. Experience in a similar capacity for at least two projects
- 4. Programme Senior Planner (Scheduler)
- Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or related field (e.g., construction management) with experience in delay claims analysis and claim schedules.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in programme or project management. Minimum of 5 years in large-scale construction projects. Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and familiarity with web-based tools and project management documentation standards. Experience in a similar capacity for at least two projects
- 5. Programme ICT Manager
- Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably with post-graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Telecommunication.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of exclusive ICT experience, leading end-to-end ICT infrastructure and smart services implementation for at least three city/state/nation-level projects. Experience in a similar capacity for at least one project
- 6. Chief Interface Manager
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech with a minimum of 10 years/Diploma with 15 years of experience in interfacing between utilities for at least three similar projects.
- 7. Design Manager (Design Head)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Experience in at least one similar project, such as road or water supply projects.
