1. Team leader - 15+ Yoe and Ph.D. in Agri or allied verticals:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for training and capacity-building programs, ensuring alignment with KERA project goals
- Training Calendar development
- Stakeholder coordination
- Monitoring of Training Needs Assessment
- Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
2. Regional Coordinators - 8+ YoE and PG in Agri/ Rural Development or allied verticals:
- Development of regional-specific training calendars and their implementation
- Training feedback collection and assessment
3. Training Needs Assessment Specialist - 10+ YoE and PG in Agri/ Rural Development or allied verticals:
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) including knowledge and skill gap assessments
- Preparation of actionable reports through data analysis and other similar activities
- Monitoring of TNA
4. Training Content Developer - 8+ YoE and PG in Agri/ Rural Development or allied verticals:
- Curriculum Design and Module Development for various trainings to be conducted for KERA stakeholders
- Coordination with training institutes
- Creation of relevant multimedia training content
5. Assistant Content Developer- 5+ YoE and UG in Agriculture/ Rural Development or allied verticals:
- Support in content creation
- Support in logistics coordination for training
6. Accountant- 5+ YoE and master’s in commerce (M.Com) / Finance / Business Administration
- Support the client in financial management in compliance with World Bank norms and guidelines
- Support the client in documentation and reporting in its finance domain
7. Data Entry Operator - 2+ YoE and BCA/ BBA/ B.Sc or B.Tech. in IT or CS or similar:
- a) Support the client in data management, operational documentation and other similar tasks
