- B. IT Specialist - Electrical, electronics, IT or computer science graduate with 2-5 years of experience in urban / smart city projects.
- C. Risk Management Expert - Retd. Civil Engineers with Master's degree in Operations.
- D. Capacity Building Expert - Retd. Professors (PHD desirable) / master's in organizational development, Education, International Development, or Human Resources
