1. **Livelihoods Expert** 
  •  - Master’s degree in management or agriculture 
  •  - 5+ years of experience in livelihoods, agriculture, or social development (preferably in government/public sector)  
2. **Environment & Climate Change Expert** 
  •  - Master’s degree in management or social studies 
  •  - 3+ years of experience in urban development, environmental sustainability, and pollution control   
3. **Engineering Expert** 
  •   Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech) 
  •  - 8+ years of experience in infrastructure development, including 5+ years in government projects
