Location: Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala

1️⃣ Senior PPP Expert (2 positions)
🔹 Minimum 8 years’ experience in conceptualizing, structuring & managing PPPs
🔹 Hands-on involvement in at multiple large-scale PPP projects
🔹 Relevant experience in SPV/ planning for MoA/AoA for PPP Projects
2️⃣ Contractual Expert
🔹 LLB with experience in government consulting
🔹 Demonstrated involvement in at least PPP projects
🔹 Expertise in legal frameworks, risk allocation, and contract negotiation
🔹 Minimum 8 years’ experience in conceptualizing, structuring & managing PPPs
🔹 Hands-on involvement in at multiple large-scale PPP projects
