- MBA in Agribusiness, Development Studies, Public Policy or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in consulting or INGOs in KM, innovation, and WEE/livelihoods
- Strong writing skills (English & Hindi preferred) for proposals, reports & success stories
- Ability to think strategically and innovate in dynamic, rural development contexts
- Comfortable working independently, with teams, and travelling to field locations
