Application Instructions - Notification
1. Team Leader & Policy Expert-
- MBA / PGDM / MTA / MPP or equivalent master’s degree
- minimum 10 years’ experience. Should have experience with leading PMUs / tourism projects for Government / PSU clients. Should have worked on at least 1 tourism policy.
- Relevant Master’s degree (e.g., Planning, Infrastructure Management, Engineering, or equivalent) minimum 7 years exp. Should have at least 4 years’ combined experience in infrastructure planning (like preparing Master Plans, DPRs, Feasibility Reports)
- bid process management in the tourism / infrastructure sector. Familiarity with coastal planning/CRZ regulations is mandatory.
3. Finance & Investment Facilitation Expert -
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Masters in Infrastructure Engineering & Management /
- Masters in Construction Management or equivalent
- minimum 7 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of experience preparing financial models, analyzing project viability, identifying suitable PPP options, and structuring PPP Projects. At least 2 PPP projects in Tourism. Work experience in coastal tourism is preferable.
