- Educational & Professional Experience:- Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience in MSME analysis and support. Experience in agri-related MSME sector (desirable). Experience in project development and management focusing on MSME support (desirable). Basic understanding of financial principles such as budgeting, cash flow management, and access to finance for MSMEs.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
