- Graduate in Agriculture or related field with MBA/Post Graduate Diploma or degree in management/master’s in social science/Related Field
- Proven experience in:
- Government Procurement Processes/ Preparation of RFP/ Bid Evaluation
- Working in a Project Management Unit (PMU) with government bodies at least for 5 years
- Procurement through GeM and as per GFR guidelines
- Total Experience required – 10 years or more
