Project Manager cum PPP Expert
- B.E/ B. Plan with M.Tech/ M.Plan/ MBA/ PGDM in
- any discipline, with at least 7 years of total experience in real estate/commercial projects/urban infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience of carrying out feasibility studies and/or bid process management of PPP projects in the commercial / real-estate/tourism/ urban infrastructure sector, and have experience of working in in PMU/PMC
- MBA / PGDM/CA/FCA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in carrying out financial feasibility of urban infrastructure/ real estate projects for any local/state/central government agency or department. The ideal candidate should have experience reviewing/drafting of commercial terms of the contract agreement / draft
- concession agreement for appointment of private operator for any urban infrastructure/real estate project
- M. Plan/M.Tech/ MBA/ PGDM with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. The candidate should have experience of working as a procurement expert with experience of preparation of tender documents, estimation of reserve price including draft contract agreements in PMU/ PMC of large scale State & Central Government funded projects in the commercial / real-estate / tourism/ urban infrastructure sector
