Title - Urban Planner

Location: Uttar Pradesh

  • Joining: Immediate joining will be preferred
  • Experience: 7 - 10 years’ experience 
  • Experience in planning projects, including feasibility study, market study and demand assessment for real estate/infrastructure projects.
  • Hands-on experience in master planning of cities, towns, and industrial nodes, including land use planning, zoning, infrastructure integration, and sustainability considerations.
  • Experience in preparation of feasibility reports and DPRs for urban infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in preparation of RFP/EOI documents will be preferred.
  • Previous experience in handling Government clients.
