1️⃣ Environment Project Management Expert
  •   M.Tech / MBA (PhD desirable)
  •   Min. 15-18 yrs in project mgmt., sustainability, waste mgmt., social/rural dev., energy & industries
  •   Govt./PSU & Odisha experience preferred
2️⃣ IT & Data Analysis Expert 
  •   B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT) / M.Tech / MBA
  •   3–6 yrs in IT governance, MIS, KPI tracking, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), data modelling
3️⃣ Waste Management Expert – Industrial
  •   B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech Env. Engg / M.Sc Env. Science / MBA
  •   6+ yrs in industrial waste mgmt. (fly ash, slag, red mud, dolo-char)
  • Experience in monitoring, bid mgmt., M&E, data analysis
4️⃣ Waste Management Expert – Non-Industrial
  •   B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech Env. Engg / M.Sc Env. Science / MBA
  •   6+ yrs in municipal solid waste, plastics, e-waste, C&D waste mgmt.
  •   Strong in environmental monitoring & evaluation
5️⃣ Communication Expert
  •   MBA (Marketing) / Mass Communication
  •   3–6 yrs in social media mgmt., IEC, govt./public sector communications
6️⃣ Training & Capacity Building Expert
  •   Engg Graduate / Master’s / MBA in Env./Sustainable/Rural Dev.
  •   8+ yrs in training, curriculum design, capacity building, stakeholder engagement
