Title - Public Finance Specialist
Location: Kerala
Application Instructions - Notification:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration (Finance), or related fields
- Minimum 15 years of experience in public finance, fiscal policy, or government finance (preferably within government systems or development
- partner- supported programs)
- Proven expertise in:
- Fiscal policy and public expenditure frameworks
- Debt sustainability and resource mobilization
- Climate-responsive and performance-based budgeting
- Risk financing and results-based fiscal frameworks
- Prior engagement with bilateral/multilateral development partners (e.g., World Bank, ADB, UN agencies) is highly desirable
- Prior experience of working in Kerala or Fluency in Malayalam would be an added advantage
