Team Leader –
- Lead PMU, strategic planning, coordination, DPR review, sectoral project alignment.
- Experience: 10+ yrs, including 5+ yrs leading PMUs or senior management of large-scale development projects
- Qualification: MBA/PG in Rural Development/Masters .
Project Manager –
- Agriculture & Livelihood – Manage agri & livelihood programs, support farmers/FPOs, value chain development.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: PG in Agriculture/Rural Development.
Project Manager –
- Health – Oversee health infrastructure, mobile services, awareness drives, and local health linkages.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: PG in Public Health/Social Work.
- Women & Child Development – Implement maternal & child health, nutrition, education, and skill programs.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: PG in Social Work/Women’s Studies.
Project Manager –
- Education – Plan and monitor school interventions, digital learning, teacher training.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: PG in Education/Social Work.
- Finance cum Accounting – Manage budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: PG in Finance/Commerce.
Project Manager –
- MIS cum Data Analyst – Develop MIS, track KPIs, analyze data, create dashboards.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: Graduate/PG in IT/Data Science.
- Prepare DPRs, technical estimates, tenders, and monitor DMFT-funded civil works.
- Experience: 5+ yrs. Qualification: B.Tech Civil Engineering.
