- 5–20 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in government consulting assignments – a must-have.
- Consulting background with leading Firms – strong value-add.
- Experience in BD activities, IFI/government tenders, and large bid management – mandatory.
- Exceptional written & spoken communication skills in English.
- A growth mindset, resourcefulness, drive, and the ability to thrive under challenges.
- Willingness to travel.
