Title - Multiple Positions

Location:  Odisha 

Application Instructions - Notification: 

Position 1
  • M.Tech/ MBA/ related field from reputed and recognized institutions.
  • Persons with higher qualification like PhD is preferred. 
  •  15-20 years of experience.
  •  Experience in project execution / project management / Bid Process Management/ Capacity Building & training / Change management / organizational transformation / managing mission mode projects / business process transformation for government / PSUs/ Corporate clients.
  • - Having multi-sectoral experience of working in the field of Environment/ Sustainability/ Social Development/ Rural Development/ Energy management/ Waste Management/ Industries/ etc.
  • - Experience in managing large-scale government programs. Minimum 5 years.
  • - Experience of working with the Government Departments
  • - Experience in working with Govt of Odisha/, Govt. of India Departments is preferable.
Position 2
  • - BE/ B. Tech/ M.Tech in Environmental Engineering/ M Sc in Environmental Science/ MBA/ related field from reputed and recognized institutions
  • - Specialization in Supply Chain Management/ Operation Management/ Soil science/ Geotechnical Engineering or related fields will be preferred
  • - 6+ years of experience in environmental monitoring/ waste monitoring/ project execution / environmental management / Bid Process Management / Monitoring & Evaluation
  • - Experience in Waste Management- Industrial waste (Fly ash, Gypsum, etc)
  • - Experience with data analysis software and statistical analysis tools 
Position 3
  • - MBA Marketing / Masters Mass Communication/ or related field from reputed institute
  • - Additional Experience in Video/ Audio and Multimedia will be preferred.
  • - 3 to 7 years of social media management experience
  • - Experience in multi-platform strategy management
  • - Experience in IEC, communications, reporting and documentation or similar areas within government or public sector organizations
